About the Director

Director Matthew Sanders began his career in 2000 by simply making videos for friends who were into cars and motorcycles. He grew up with a passion for motorcycles, cars, and movies so it was a natural evolution of his interests. Originally producing videos for Icon, Matthew branched out to start Phlewid Films, where he creates content that elevates brands and puts the audience in the moment, leaving them wanting for more.

Matthew Sanders is a TMFF returning Director, having screened Trail Master at the 2017 Toronto Motorcycle Film Festival.
