Yalla Habibi!
Directed by Edwin El Bainou & Ryan Kluftinger
Canada ∙ 90 MIN ∙ Documentary ∙ 2025 ∙ English
FortNine sets out to break the motorcycle circumnavigation world record, with filmmaker Edwin El Bainou riding pillion and documenting every bad decision from the best possible seat.
The clock never stops. In under 19 days, the team must cover routes from Anchorage to Miami, Lisbon to Istanbul, Mumbai to Kolkata, Bangkok to Singapore and Perth to Sydney—flights, border delays and whatever sleep they can steal all included. Riding across multiple continents, Yalla Habibi! turns an already absurd endurance challenge into something part expedition film, part dark comedy, and unmistakably fun to watch.
