Narrative | 12 minutes | UK | 1997 | English

SHOWTIMES

At a red light, a biker on his vintage Norton Commando café racer, runs into a stylish woman in a cabriolet. He revs his engine to impress her, but when the light changes his temperamental British bike stalls, leaving her to speed away. The pair embark on a wordless, and flirty chase through the city pitting romance against the quirky reliability of their machines in a playful homage to thh café-racer era.

Also of note is Joe Strummer's (The Clash) appearance and soundtrack.

Although shot in grainy and low-def SD, the vintage 1960s/1970s Ace Café era vibes in this short make this a must watch.
