A 1,000 km trip from Fort McMurray, Alberta to Fort Smith, North West Territories on some of the wildest Canadian ice roads. Previously inaccessible regions are reached via makeshift roads that are formed seasonally by pumping water out of nearby water sources onto cut aways which then freeze.
